Pros
-Everyone here is really nice and supportive -No uniform -Free weekends -Weekly pay -Good if you need a job quickly and temporarily
Cons
-Far too micromanaged, feels like you're in school if not worse. -One coach will tell you to do one thing, and then another will tell you off for doing it -Working hours are rubbish and you'll always get guilt tripped in to doing extra hours -Short lunch break -You don't get paid enough for being shouted at all day, what obviously has an effect on your mental health in the long run. -The job itself, makes you go insane by reading the same script every single day -No room for progression -You wont get rewarded for your hard work -Very patronising environment -No sick pay
