Toxic office environment, aggressive management with no people skills, high expectations but usually no proper support or resources to help you meet them (staff will get the blame by the way), generally no staff development opportunities (inc improvement of skills, practice etc) let alone go up in the organisation (pretty flat structure, professional dead end)
