Working fully remote is nice
Cons
Total lack of ethics and empathy! They do not practice what they preach. They see their overworked employees as just cogs in a machine and not actual people. It’s expected for people to work outside normal business hours and weekends. Little to no growth opportunities. Inappropriate comments. Zero work-life balance since you’ll be expected to work like a dog without complaint They have no interest in supporting their employees. High turnover…can’t image why

Small company with a solid and supportive culture, and beloved by many of its customers. Management accessible and responsive. Very willing to invest in careers of entry-level employees and young professionals.
Cons
Scaling put some strain on customer relationships and culture in pursuit of more sustainable growth, like with any company.
