Great technology, great culture

Pros

ethixbase is a company going places and great place to work if you enjoy a fast paced, hard working environment creating a very disruptive business. New CEO leads by example and sets a clear vision for the company. I was previously at Thomson Reuters where I got sick of the internal politics and arrogance towards clients - this company is the complete opposite!

Cons

It's hard work and not for anyone who wants the easy life. The standards are high and the CEO has cleared out some non performing employees who were holding the company back which has been a big relief.

None. No wait, they pay us on time.

Cons

Nothing has changed since the first series of negative reviews were posted about this company. The CEO got wind of them and suddenly there are a series of glowing reviews completed by him or his marketing people. DON'T FALL FOR THEM! They are obviously faked and completely inconsistent with the negative reviews posted over a period of time before them. Now you see the positive ones posted using marketing language, referencing employees in places were we have no employees, and all posted within a very short span of time. If you decide to join or do business with this company, you can't say you were not warned.

Pros

That have a few good people left in their operations team. However, I'm not sure how long that will last. The best are being driven away.

Cons

Run don't walk away from this company. Something very wrong with the CEO. Self-promoting, knows nothing of his business and is unethical in his dealings with both customers and employees.
