Service calls can mean traveling 2-3 hours one way to service equipment late at night.
Time off is difficult with small team and needs to be scheduled well in advance.

There is a plateau in work and it is hard to advance any higher beyond technician in the small company meaning no significant pay raises outside of cost of living increases.
Not a great company to try to take classes at the same time for school. Unless it is late at night and you may have to miss classes from long work days or on-call service calls
