Small company, nice perks, friendly co-workers
Cons
Only 1 WFH day and new employees have to wait 6 months before you get that. Insurance kind of expensive.

Pros
Constantly something to be working on. Plenty of hours. Small teams. Easy to learn. Often working independently after 5 months of training. The work provides an important service to people who need it. Company is small and easy to get to know a lot of people in bi-weekly meetings. Not a bad paying job to stay with for a while if you enjoy easy manual labor and driving. I left because I wanted to finish my degree otherwise I would have stayed.
Cons
On call period was bi-weekly. 7 on 7 off when only 2 workers at Jacksonville branch. Service calls can mean traveling 2-3 hours one way to service equipment late at night. Time off is difficult with small team and needs to be scheduled well in advance. Supervisor worked in Miami. There is a plateau in work and it is hard to advance any higher beyond technician in the small company meaning no significant pay raises outside of cost of living increases. Not a great company to try to take classes at the same time for school. Unless it is late at night and you may have to miss classes from long work days or on-call service calls
