      Pros

      I have had a great experience to date working for Etio (formally Tribal Group PLC). I have had opportunities to learn, upskills and as a result, progress and move through new and exciting roles. My colleagues have always been supportive and great to work with. I like that I am able to work fully remotely from home to suit my work/life balance. The work from anywhere policy is a great bonus.

      Cons

      Although permanent roles, the nature of contract work is always a risk.

      Pros

      Very flexible approach to work, working from anywhere policy that allows to work from literally anywhere for 8 weeks a year. Employee Assistant Programme with enrollment to Bupa cover and other benefits. I've been working in Etio for some time and each time my personal circumstance changed, Etio has always been flexible with my working patterns, adjusting to what I needed at the time and continues to do so, allowing to fully live by work-life balance meaning. Lots of internal initiatives are taking place to ensure the best possible outcome for employees and the organisation.

      Cons

      Most jobs are remote only with occasional travel, which might not suit everyone but might be seen as positive by others
