Pros
Almost no dress code. Casual Friday is every day. Good people work there - love my co-workers for the most part. Work hours are great. Fully paid for health insurance for workers and worker families is awesome.
Cons
The software is extremely dated and behind the times. Management is absolutely clueless and can't seem to get the company organized. Client requests are just haphazardly tossed around through emails, creating a lot of confusion and work being done more than once. No tracking of customer support. Customer information isn't shared company-wide so the different departments are always tossing emails around asking for contact information. The phone center's phone system is constantly failing and can only queue up 20 or so calls at a time. The sales department is rude and inconsiderate to others and always submitting incomplete information. NO MATCHING 401K and NO VACATION/SICK DAYS PAST 15 DAYS COMBINED. NO OTHER BENEFITS other than health insurance for full time workers. The office is constantly in disarray and is embarrassing to look at, especially if clients, potential clients, and other visitors are in the office. There is absolutely very little moving up in the company. I was lucky enough to move up but most will never get that opportunity and forget about having anyone take your ideas seriously. You will be ignored for the most part.
