I have to wuestion the authenticity of the other estatic reviews! Most definitley written by one of the Owners. This "cult" like company are as fake as these glowing reviews. One of the most horrendous places i have ever had the misfortune of working in with some really very bitter misfits as colleagues. A nasty, narly atmosphere where you dont know who is going to be sacked next. Hiddeous place.

Short working hours. Location in Windsor.

Cons

Money obsessed old boys club (or at least they think they are). State school educated recruiters trying desperately to portray a public school image. Very false. Treat staff dreadfully. Talk a lot about being ethical? I think they need to look the word up in the dictionary.

I am struggling to write 20 words to meet the minimum word count requirement which says a lot!!! Positives are good work life balance and good bonus structure

Cons

The senior management team lack management experience - they have been successful billers but lack the strategic expertise to grow the business effectively but are also inexperienced people managers. The business is dominated by a strong clique who take priority in everything, if your not in the clique you will struggle. Inconsistent rules across the business
