I’ve had the privilege of working at Eumo as an architect for a short time, and it’s been an incredible experience. The office culture is exceptional, and the people, whom we proudly call 'Eumans,' are genuinely kind-hearted and always willing to help. Despite my relatively brief tenure, I already feel like I’ve been part of the team for much longer—it truly feels like home. One of the standout features at Eumo is the Monday all-hands meeting. It’s the best way to start the week—where we come together as a team, dive deep into each project, and thoroughly discuss every detail we need to cover for the upcoming week. It fosters collaboration and keeps everyone aligned. Working alongside Gary and Shanoo has been a highlight. They are not just exceptional mentors but also role models in how they design and execute team operations. Their approach to leadership and design is inspiring, and I’ve learned so much from them during my time here. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of Eumo, and I look forward to continuing to grow and learn from this amazing team.
