Here is a list. 1. They will cancel a fixed holiday without prior notice. Hr will simply send an email a day before saying "No holiday tomorrow" 2. Birthday celebration is allowed only in break timings. No decoration is allowed. One cannot be happy here on their birthday as well. 3. Male managers take about 4 to 5 smoke breaks each of at least 30 mins or more and they are never questioned about it. 4. No growth. Higher level manager to Entry level everyone is doing the same job here. 5. So much of politics internally. Within cluster's and team's.

Pros Not at all.. u wll just get experience certificate and ur fresher tag will remove that is why i am still working here..just to complete my time

1.Water scarcity.. 2. Same washroom for boys n girls..and yes with lack of water. 3. No coffee or tea machine and the ofc boy will prepare tea at his own time whether you want to have or not..ofc boy behaviour is also very rude.. 4. Daily in d eveng time office smell so Bad that you cant even sit in the office ...some sewer line prblm may be.. 5. Now abt work here you need to work like a dog...and like a telly caller job....do 100 calls or more then that....bt still that will not count in ur work..the thing will count is your sale n ur revenue... 6. Internal politics a lot... only 4-5 senior ppl hold monopoly n they r running evrythng accrdng to them.. And there are many other prblmss that one will understand when they will join.
