I received an offer letter but never actually joined. So no idea.

Cons

The joining got postponed twice. The second time it got postponed was 4 days prior to Joining. The company was in another city from the one I lived in. It has been deferred indefinitely, nobody is ready to give us a date. 6 more people were to join with me. Now we are clueless and absolutely devastated.

The founder is good. Has a clear vision and is always there for anybody in the company. The junior team members are dedicated and hard working

Cons

The core team around the CEO/Founder is the problem. The founder trusts them blindly which makes it irreparable. Don't join unless you are working directly under the CEO or you are okay working under mediocre and arrogant people. No work life balance
