      I have had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. The organization is incredibly disorganized, with poor communication and a lack of clear direction. It feels like there's no real strategy or coherent planning in place, leading to constant chaos and inefficiency. On top of that, the CEO seems completely indifferent to the needs and concerns of the employees. His decisions appear to be driven solely by self-interest, with little regard for the well-being of the team or the long-term success of the company. I would not recommend working here to anyone seeking a supportive and structured work environment.
