This is a place that you can go to only if you need office experience. But you should leave within a year or two.
Salary is a joke. Just terrible. No salary reviews, no flexible hours, no sick pay, not much holiday. ECP is run by people who do not appreciate or reward their workers. Why is it so hard to have motivational attitude?
Employees are being punished for mistakes someone else made even if that person has been sacked. There is no trust in this company. The thing that is the most important in ECP is to find someone to blame instead of focusing on fixing a problem. I was in a department that was completely ignored by the head of the company for over a year. Didn't have a proper line manager. HR department ignores you, not replying to your email for weeks. Unless they want something for you and then they will email and call you.
This place has complicated contracts with a lot of mistakes in them. Once you want to leave you're being interrogated. There are some nice people working there but the company is not a good place to work. It's a bit sad when you're leaving the place and everybody says 'best decision you could have made!'. It is a shame that ECP is ran this way. Real shame.
