      You can work independently as long as your actions do not result in major customer complaints or financial loss to the company.

      Cons

      In practice, "working independently" here often means being left to figure things out on your own. There is very little documented process, and support from Team Leaders, Supervisors, or Management can be limited. As a result, employees are expected to make decisions independently and manage issues themselves, provided that they do not create major complaints or financial losses for the company.
