      Flexible Schedules Great Camaraderie Knowledgeable Staff Easy Commute

      Management is basically non-existent Decisions are rash There are plenty of ideas thrown around the execution on those ideas seems to always fall flat.

      Convenient location for Culpeper residents.

      Cons

      The company lacks integrity. VP's are running the show. No overall plant manager. Each department acts independently of the other; no inter-department cooperation. The benefits are the worst I have seen.
