Pros
Interview screening was very easy and later I realized there are people joined Euro Exim Bank who are not experienced, do not know English and no degree other than 12th grade. Employees and all clients from non-English nations struggle also all forms and documents submitted must be in English. No working hours. Trainings are very super general and mostly soft skills.
Cons
Commission is uncertain and unclear how it is calculated. Forms are designed confusing clients no proper instructions very general. I mean who puts Applicant name and details when you need Trade name and details. Forms are rejected million times and Draft Team/Punitha are very rude blaming you for this why forms are filled with wrong information and refusing to issue Drafts. Sales leads are useless because these are leads which were already contacted by their internal CRM team and other Sales Agent but they were not able to land these contacts as clients. They are frustrated and they already received emails and calls several times. Sales leads are not shared from European or English countries but mostly Asia and Africa where chances of landing clients are less because they find fees very high comparing to their local Exim banks. eKYC fees $1550, offshore account $8000, and issuance fees are very high and 90% of the clients go with other local banks. Be ready to get negative responses and disrespecting from clients. Trainings does not fully provide on-the-job training to get you started. No training for SimplexTF system, all forms are not available in SimplexTF and IT takes forever to add in your account. There is NO package of forms for each of the service and all separate. For example Offshore account is one form in SimplexTF and then Draft Team bombard you with five more forms showing several pages to be filled and client disappeared not free to fill all these. Lack of forms and information on various services like Merchant Account where is the procedure about this? Why there are two different forms? Sales training people do not answer direct questions they say attend Onboarding again and Onboarding says the same no need for sales questions here. There is no point for sharing research in Sales training with links where we cannot find companies and their contact information. What we can do with Wikipedia pages or similar? We can search this on our own. So many trainings on weekly basis but these are general and useless.
