Pros

Metro and STB public transport pass monthly subscriptions. You learn extremely quickly what a workplace should not look like. Easter and Christmas bonuses.

Cons

This review is for the Bucharest, Romania site only. I didn’t had any interaction with other sites. The work environment is unprofessional, toxic, and dominated by micromanagement, internal politics, blame-shifting, and intimidation from management. Employees are frequently interrupted, publicly corrected, undermined, and pressured, creating mental exhaustion. Bonuses and evaluations lack transparency. There are no clear KPIs or fair criteria, bonuses are not contractually guaranteed, and what is negotiated during the interview is often not respected. Salary raises are rare or nonexistent. There is constant gossip, poor communication, shifting responsibilities, unclear decision-making, missing processes and tools, understaffing, and weak organizational discipline. Work is sometimes claimed by others, while blame is pushed downward. HR is unreliable and inconsistent, benefits are weak, contracts are short-term, remote work is random or unavailable, and outdated administrative practices like paper attendance and leave requests create confusion. The company culture favors status and hierarchy, with unequal treatment of employees and privileges for management. I do not recommend anyone work at this company, unless you currently have no other options. If you do join, use the time to look elsewhere while having an income until you find something else. I advise candidates, when being hired, to negotiate their compensation so that as much as possible is included in the individual employment contract and as little as possible is left as a bonus.
