Pros

The best product around. Easy to sell, easy sales script to learn but it is very hard work. Yet it would be fulfilling if you didn't have to fight the owner's wife for your check. She runs payroll and always has a great excuse for why you aren't entitled to the exact amount that you were told you'd earn.

Cons

I believe all of the glowing reviews above were planted. It really is great cookware but the worrying about whether your check will be correct this week is distracting and downright deflating. Makes you wonder whats wrong with the world.

Cons

(Training Review) Where does one begin with this one? I mean, seriously...one would go to Eurocast's website, click on the ''careers'' section there, and then click on all the videos from the current employees working there, and you would think people there are ''family'' and that no other company in the World cares about you more about you than they do, but I CAUTION you dear reader, nothing could be further from the truth. I'm a master at testing compassion and humanity in an individual, especially compassion and humanity from those at the very top of management, because if there is NO compassion at the top, there will be NO compassion coming from the mid and bottom tiers of the individuals working for them as well. So the first night I spent the night in a Hotel Las Vegas, because they fly you there for a 4 day training , you will usually will stay at the Hotel with a roommate. The first problem was, my room mate who was a nice guy BTW, snored like a busted chainsaw and I could not get to sleep even the earplugs the hotel provides, it was very loud...so long story short, I phoned the head trainer and PART OWNER at Eurocast, late that night because I really needed to be well rested, because I needed to be physically and mentally prepared for the intensive and demanding training ahead, to humbly plead to see if maybe they could book me a separate room for myself, because the snoring was just too much, it was terrible, I could not get to sleep...I needed rest, I was tired from a long flight and was I truly was pumped up and excited at first for this position. So the first night in Vegas, I phoned Owner/Head Trainer late at night in his room as a last resort effort to see if maybe he could hook me up with a separate room, and frankly was mildly psychologically jolted when he bluntly told me to just deal with it, so that night and for the next several nights afterwards, I 'dealt with it' by sleeping on the cold floor of the Hotel bathroom in my room to get away from the noise, pulling the sheets from my bed and spreading it out on the confined floor of the Bathroom to make it as comfortable as possible, but it didn't help much at all trying to get comfortable and sleep....needless to say during the training I was sleep deprived and generally in a hazy daze...I let the Trainer know about my sleep deprived state , but his hard and cold persona will have NONE of that...'suck it up buttercup' was his attitude toward the whole thing ...unbelievable. Imagine sleeping on a cold bathroom floor, including have to endure LOUD snoring, and to add insult to injury, having the head trainer raise his voice at you in front of the class the next day, embarrassing you in front of everybody that you woke him up last night and to never call him again like that. I was sincerely asking for help the night before, and that Man just basically spit in my face in front of the entire class because of it...nice goin' Part Owner/Head trainer, your occasional Facebook posts and videos about ''love'', spiritually'', and ''God''are nothing but ultimately the highest form of hypocrisy I think I've ever witnessed in a Man. You have been warned about the culture at Eurocast...what I just typed was the truth, there is no ''rebuttal'' for this that can fix this, no matter what glowing reviews come afterwards from current employees, etc...yes the ''money'' made can be great, but what does that really mean if the people at the top, and even their ''Mini Me'' cohorts in middle management I also met, take on the persona and psyche of their fearless, super smart but heartless Part Owner/Head Trainer?

Thank you for your review. Your experience is definitely not the norm, we do accommodate where necessary and moving you to a different room was offered the next day, unfortunately, it just wasn't an option at 2:00 AM. Your perception is your reality but this is not what we experienced with you. You mention that you worked here for over a year (when you were not even selected to move forward with us during the audition process) and you've made some pretty interesting claims that are not anywhere near true. We wish you the best as you move forward and hope you find something suitable to your search and talent.
