Pros

Amazing perfume collection if you love perfumes,

Cons

The company is extremely micromanaged they overwork you, show no appreciation, and can fire you without notice if you dare to stand up for yourself. They expect blind compliance and only value those who play along. Hard work and loyalty mean nothing here; favoritism and office politics run everything. It’s disappointing that so many great perfume brands are managed by a distributor like Europerfumes, which fosters such a toxic and unfair culture.

Pros

The brands they represent our very nice and it stops at that.

Cons

Where do I start? I had a real hard time getting reimbursement from this company. You will not excel at this company unless you are a Caucasian woman go to their webpage and look at that about section and you will see everyone at that company is a Caucasian woman which is not right and should be more diverse.

Pros

The company distributes amazing, well known brands that are exciting to work with

Cons

Poor leadership and management: Upper management lacks clear direction and frequently changes priorities without explanation. Promises made during hiring or reviews are often not kept. Toxic management culture: Some managers appear supportive publicly but undermine team members privately. There's a concerning pattern of managers feeling threatened by skilled employees rather than leveraging their expertise. Work-life balance issues: The expectation of 60+ hour workweeks is normalized. Setting reasonable boundaries is viewed negatively and labeled as "not being a team player." Limited professional growth: The company doesn't effectively utilize employee expertise or encourage professional development. Innovation and speaking up are discouraged. Workplace culture: Emphasis on politics over performance. Success often depends more on relationships than merit.
