There is for example a rotation program, which is called "personal development marketplace". Here you can find a variety of assignments to learn on the job at other departments within the company. It helps you expand your knowledge, develop skills and enhance your professional footprint.
Cons
You have to be a self-starter and take initiative in order to profit from all the opportunities, but if that isn't a problem, personal growth and development is waiting for you at Eurofiber!
