I enjoyed the people I worked with on a daily basis. I learned a lot from some very helpful coworkers. Pay and benefits were OK. Most of the "inner circle of managers" were canned when they merged with another company.
Cons
Difficult to get a raise. Upper management quick to jump to conclusions. Most of the upper managers were of one nationality and a very tight knit group. Difficult to please.
The learning of working under pressure and handling of large amount of personnel that helps the development of leadership, collaboration and self confidence.
Cons
Location is very remote and company does not compensate for it, they don't perform periodical employee reviews and work hours can extend up to 12+ hours a day for 6 or seven days a week.
