Flexible enough working hours, small size company where one could gain a lot of experience
Cons
Obsolete equipment, no management or production software, relied only on manual data entry on Excel spreadsheets. No incentive for employees to grow professionally, no career development plan. Did not even agreed to cost of life pay raises. Did not invest in people or business, bound to fail
