      Pros

      Fantastic culture and a really clear vision for the future. Its not just a job, there is a real sense of family values in this company. Open to new ideas and very focused on personal development. A great place to work with some fantastic benefits

      Cons

      Relatively long commute from home but the hybrid policy coupled with exec team understanding, this is not a big issue.

      Welcoming company that wants to develop talent within. Opportunities to add value, share ideas senior management always wanting to listen. Europa are interested in supporting employee's through their pathways. Flexible working, great benefits, inc healthcare, additional holiday + holiday purchase scheme, increased pension contributions. Company events and a wellness committee
