      Pros

      Good benefits, full flexibility with work time, nice office and very family oriented. People are nice and they seem to be really interested on your progress as a person, which pleases me. My team is amazing, which might give me pink goggles about it

      Cons

      I have no cons except the work topic (Financing and Mortgages), which I find a bit boring. Since my work is not related to it, it doesn't bother me much.
