Cons

No career progress, blame culture, no clear business strategy, weak leadership. obsequious behaviour towards management is encouraged. FCA officials seem to be permanent residents here.

Complete stagnation, incompetent managers, old IT systems, cost cutting in each department and no coherent business strategy. The workplace feels dead.
