Pros

Lower echelons of the workforce were typically composed of young and competent staff.

Cons

Negative experience due to unprofessional management, characterised by micro-management, aggressive attitude, and favouritism. General sense of a fake innovation culture.

Business outlook

Pros

Allegedly stable. Salary is good in ratio to work load.

Cons

No reward per merit at all. Red tape. Lazy dunces all over and some high calibre too-- all there only for the money. No job satisfaction, burnout warranted.
