Pros

Nothing. My official start day was filled with confusion and feeling like I was in everyone's way. No desk. No computer. No work. The mismanagement of incorporating a new employee into the daily operations is a joke. The person I was to report to was not around and so I was thrown into a task that had nothing to do with the position I was hired to do. It was pretty much right then that I began my job search to get the heck out of this strange place. The people start out nice, but I think it's because they are ordered to be nice. Everyone that works here hates it but it seems like they are stuck here. Who knows. It's just a very strange, negative and stressful environment that is filled with people who are in constant fear of losing their jobs.

Cons

See above. I can't wait to give my notice! I've never said that before in my life. I feel bad for the people who stay.

Pros

The company has vast majority of dedicated, caring employees who go above and beyond, and truly care about doing a good job

Cons

Very few of these dedicated, caring employees are fairly compensated. Everyone is expected to do way too much, for way too little, with even less appreciation for all they do.

Pros

Working with the close knit, culturally diverse group of people is great! Everyone is very welcoming and eager to answer any questions. It is obvious that everyone at the company has a common goal of taking care of people. Leadership sees need for change and is moving in that direction.

Cons

Change need to come sooner rather than later. The industry is moving forward at a blinding speed and slow or reluctant decision making is not tolerated. Employee turnover is some positions is too high. Changes need to be made so employees remain loyal.
