Pros

Great team, ok salary, normal working hours.

Cons

If you work over hours you won't be able to get the paid or use them for holidays. If you have a founder mentality this is for you. Very performance based.

Pros

The company invests in team buildings and employee development — but only if they like you, which seems to be completely random. Bonuses can be high, but there’s no clear logic behind how they’re given. It mostly depends on whether management likes you, not on how well you perform.

Cons

Absolutely toxic work environment, which can easily be seen through employee retention. New job ads are posted almost every week, yet the total number of employees doesn’t grow. Micromanagement at its finest, constant gaslighting, and extremely strict rules about everything. Little to no onboarding, and no real work structure or organization. Overall, most things depend on one factor — how much the management (especially the CEO) likes you, which has very little to do with your actual expertise.
