Pros
Good spirited people working most of the time. Good pay. Coming on a weekly basis. Good overtime on a regular basis.
Cons
The Lay offs come unexpectedly. The Super doesn't answer his phone. He's very hard to reach. Sometimes impossible. That's not a good look for the company.
