      Pros

      Good environment, good employers and the operational team is amazing but not valued.

      Cons

      They use you as a puppet. The management is ridiculous and are always changing people according to their needs, making you believe that it'll get better. The wage is not compensatory, at all.

      Pros

      One of the 20th most profitable companies in Portugal. The location is also good (Amoreiras, Lisbon). If you're a company requiring Eurotrials services you will also get great benefits from working with them.

      Cons

      Low salaries, and no prospect of growing inside the company. No motivation and lack of organizational skills. There's also constant conflicts between same level personel (maybe because there's mostly women working over there).
