Pros
Some really knowledgeable technicians, a great place to learn about lots of different up to date technology, interesting varied workload, company vehicle, management very approachable. I really enjoyed my time here, and under different circumstances would have stayed a lot longer, everyone was friendly and helpful.
Cons
It's a small company, so job security is not guaranteed when times get rough.
