Pros

Some really nice people, Evalian has some really great stars in the company which is testament to the service they deliver, kind, hard working and professional people. Dedicated teams who will all support each other. Lots of room for development and opportunities. Amazing diversity, really impressed with this. Salaries are about right. Friendly and fascinating CEO

Cons

(Please understand the below comments are my experience, the company isn't that old so things will likely change as they grow) There is certainly an underlying culture of fear and you will certainly be called out for mistakes, rather than constructively improving your knowledge and experience. sadly a facade of willingness and a nice company on the exterior but certainly not operationally and a lack of care and respect to their employees 'its all about the customers' I was told and this rings very true. Micro management on steroids- very much do as I do, not being treated as a competent adult 9am meeting every Monday which has little to no real value, In a nutshell staff were told 'its to see if everyone is ready to work' rather than the official message of collaborating , this would be much more effective as a managers meeting and teams feed to managers. instead its an hour of the whole company saying what they did last week, in reality it has no benefit to the staff yet no one dare say this without being called out and isolated. Massive disparity in terms of how managers treat their staff. Company is far too Director heavy Not willing to listen to ideas or improvements that are outside of the mould. The feeling that key staff are looked after where as the rest are disposable if needs be. overhearing recruitment process 'we will see what they are like and get rid of them if no good' - This dosen't make existing staff feel valued. During my time some incredible key staff left because of these issues. If you have been told something by staff and management hear its a 'name names' environment. You cannot be yourself or feel relaxed sadly.

Pros

The team lower down were full of hope and opstimism. Office location is lovely.

Cons

Full of fragile egos and passive aggressive insecure management. Company feels like a vanity project (you’ll hear a lot of people tell you they’re a lawyer). Plenty of hollow talk about being progressive which got me onboard, but unless you’re a “yes man” to how they believe they should be perceived you’ll get shut down. Staff are overworked (one poor guy had 40+ days of work allocated for a month) but nobody seems to care as long as they sell sell sell. Got out after a couple of months because I was asked to create a snagging list of processes which they then deemed too negative (… kind of the whole point). Says it all really. Best thing that could have happened to me.

Pros

The internal HR team, who are fantastic. They were always supportive and approachable, providing valuable assistance whenever needed. Additionally, the technical side of the company is excellent, with a strong focus on customers. The technical team consistently delivers high-quality service and ensures that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Cons

This is my personal experience and may not apply to most; however, The office environment is full of toxic masculinity. From day one, I experienced a level of what they call, and I quote, "banterous bullying." The training started a week after I began, but I was on the phone on day four. I understand that sales environments can be very challenging; however, this took the cake. Again, this is my experience, and I want to reiterate that this might be normal for other people. However, when you start a role and see two employees in the office with shorts and t-shirts and the manager wearing a tank top and shorts, it does make you wonder about the level of professionalism the company has. Another issue for me was the complete lack of respect for women and others' personal lives. I won't quote the exact words, but the management had lengthy conversations about his sex life and what he ordered online for his activities. This was accompanied by questions about my personal life, which I was not comfortable sharing. Overall, this must be one of the most unprofessional environments I have ever worked in. I strongly hope this changes in the future as I cannot see the company growing with the sales team consisting of bigots and bullies.
