      Pros

      Rich history with many very senior and knowledgeable workers.

      Cons

      If you aren't working on their venues you don't matter. Lots of leadership turnover with leadership being worked so hard you struggle to have clear direction. Salt Lake Office went from very important to a mere afterthought as COSM moved towards building it's own venues.
