Ego maniac CEO...moody co founder who will laugh at a joke one minute...and act as though you don't even exist in the next. Claim to foster an "open forum" discussion culture...and will listen and act upon any sensible and good ideas...when really, they don't actually care what anyone else thinks, and typically do what ever they were planning in the first place...very frustrating. It's a do as I say not as I do environment...despite what they try to portray it as. No benefits at all....poor holiday entitlement of only 20 days... zero sick pay...regardless if you have permanent contract or not. Promises of share options/ allocations...turned out to be false and a lie. Felt used and under valued most of the time. Long hours. 9-6pm...forced to stay in the office until 6 or more most days ...and work weekends and late evenings...without any thanks what so ever.
