A diverse, creative and lively team! So much fun. Lots of opportunities to try new things from training, moving departments, culture days and more. Events can be hard work but the team makes it all worth it and the business looks after its team. I love working at EC!

Cons

The premises are a little off the beaten track.

I joined Event Concept in early 2025, and honestly, it’s been a breath of fresh air. From the very first interview, I felt like I could actually be myself, and that hasn’t changed since. Things that I love: - Genuinely kind, creative, and funny people who care about the work and each other - Opportunities to do more than just your day job (Green Team, Culture Committee, events etc.) - Great opportunities to grow

- Like many in the events and creative industries, the pace can be intense and priorities shift fast - You’ll need to be adaptable and proactive, because it’s a great place to grow, but not one where things stand still
