There weren't many pros. Easy to get hired.

Cons

Not clear on expectations, role, targets, product offered, etc. Very discombobulated and disorientating place to work. I don't think the executives and CEO know how they want the company stand out either and their place in the market. It was confusing to work there.

Competitive pay, respectful team, supportive, good benefits, flex PTO.

Cons

Disorganized leadership, Sales goals / Quotas are a moving target (not based on past metrics or reasonable strategies). Quota goals for the sales team were communicated sometimes halfway through the quarter but always at least 1 month into the quarter. The focus of marketing and sales outreach was constantly shifting due to a volitile market due to the pandemic.
