Thank you for your review. It pleases us to see that you can acknowledge the opportunities that Event Horizon Dynamics offers! Our designed business model for career advancement and personal development is what we strive to promote. However, we are a little confused by the accusation that we "lie about everything". One of the core traits of our business model is to strive for transparency. For example, we do offer commission-based pay. However, that is not the only job we offer. Currently, we have employees that are under salary-based pay as well. Which leads into the next topic: we can assure you that we're not a pyramid scheme. Not only are pyramid schemes highly illegal, we do not expect any of our employees to contribute to the business out of their own pocket. Lastly, and more most importantly, each of our employees are required to fill out a W2 if hired. Our continuous goal is to establish strong communication between our business and its audience. If you have any questions about what has been shared, please don't hesitiate to reach out so we can discuss. Thank you!

Pros

Good environment in the office where you can learn a lot about business concepts and selling.

Cons

The work itself is kind of unpleasant. You have to stand outside of stores like Walmart and ask people for donations for a cause called “Stand For The Silent”. It is completely commission based even though management act like it’s not. They have a very high goal that you need to reach every day. Overall, I would avoid this company if possible.

Pros

the culture is unique and the people care, just in the way of personal gain

Cons

- Constant discrimination against anyone who has what they call "baggage" (kids, family issues, life, etc.) - Commission only in every position, no benefits, no gas compensation - Distasteful and discriminatory language used towards non-preforming employees, most common example is calling people "light bills" - The office is falling apart to the point that none of the vision boards on the wall are of current employees, they are just there to cover up holes in the wall - It's just another sales job, the difference is that they don't have the compensation, anyone who gets an interview will hear that they want you to do $2,000 a week starting at 30% Commission, which is $600 a week before taxes, or $31,200 a year before taxes I could list endless things, but you can't say anything you couldn't have heard before employment or through word of mouth due to agreements and contracts
