-They care about hiring people with the right company culture fit -They are a small company so you can get lots of experience and wear many hats -You get lots of time with senior management because they are so small and involved in so much

Cons

-The top three people have been with the company for over 10 years. They make all of the decisions and micro-manage all programs. But they never accept any responsibility for errors. They protect each other at all costs and tell staff that "they are replaceable." -You wear a lot of hats as they are a small company. They are often understaffed and only hire more people when it gets to a dire situation

If you need to cut your teeth in the event marketing world, this place would be okay for that.

Cons

This what a high school class on marketing would be like....a bunch of people pretending that they know what they're doing and that they're smarter than they actually are. The long time management has gone and is now replaced by people that shouldn't be in positions of leadership. They just don't know how to lead.
