-The top three people have been with the company for over 10 years. They make all of the decisions and micro-manage all programs. But they never accept any responsibility for errors. They protect each other at all costs and tell staff that "they are replaceable." -You wear a lot of hats as they are a small company. They are often understaffed and only hire more people when it gets to a dire situation
