Pros
The projects are exciting, and the team brings a kind of energy that’s hard to describe—it just clicks. We move fast, but it never feels out of control. I’ve gotten to launch features that were in use within days, which is incredibly satisfying. It feels good to build something people actually use and talk about.

I will not describe anything as a con, it’s been a productive career

Most of the people you work with on a day-to-day basis are truly wonderful.
Cons
I wish I could give negative stars. This company will suck the soul out of you. You work day and night and maybe you think it's normal, but it's not. Expect to work 50 or more hours per week and often more. Put simply, for the number of hours you are expected to work here, you would be far better off working at a different company that pays you more and treats you better.
