      Pros

      While management in all companies preach collaboration this family oriented company comes through. Team based setting, high paced but not rushed. Weekends occasionally and that is Saturday.

      Cons

      I have not found a negative, growth rate is good and benefits are nice. If I had to pick a negative that would be restaurants in the area are mostly chain.

      Pros

      It is a small company, and the team environment is very family-like. Management listens and cares. Coworkers function as a team and are awesome. Hours are very accommodating. OT available. Living wage. 100% covered medical. 401k with company match.

      Cons

      Work by 5:30am. I'm not a morning person. No fault of theirs!
