Get to work mostly independently, Good if you like walking.
Cons
Sometimes you might have to travel over an hour with traffic to the area you need to knock at. You can set as many appointments as you can and if you have a bad arborist who does not show up to any appointments for weeks you will be the one terminated and not them. You will get yelled at by home owners for knocking. They will tell you that you get to earn commission from leads you set that turn into sales, however the commission is abysmal so don't count on it changing your salary its more like an extra $20 here and there.
