      Pros

      Good product with lots of potential

      Cons

      Churn is high, leadership is weak and inexperienced. Some leaders are swimming against the others which makes it really hard to get things done. CEO is in over his head and doing line work which makes no sense.

      good people with lots of motivation and will to work and improve

      Cons

      high management distant and unclear on their own goals, no work-life balance, no transparency - in the interview they will tell you not working on the weekend, that is a lie. no career opportunities, low level of product and no will to improve it.

      Good location in the city. A positive work-life balance.

      Cons

      Seven product team members left in the last 3 years. No long-term strategy. If you join the team just make sure to avoid PS or the product team.
