      Pros

      Grow and learn fast at a start-up pace. Worthy core values.

      Cons

      All issues came from one or two individuals at the top. Lack of trust and accountability; big egos. Pretending to care but talk behind others backs; two-faced and willing to throw someone under the bus to hide their poor performance. Crossed lines when speaking about others that would have anyone else fired; taking advantage of their position and power.

      Pros

      Great business plan and vison for the future of the company. There are a lot of very talented people working here in various roles from engineering to design and management. Very good working environment and good work / life balance for a startup of this size. Very collaborative work environment, which since most of the company is remote is an accomplishment worth pointing out.

      Cons

      Growing pains mainly, onboarding of new hires is still finding its way, team structures changing. Not really much bad at all, but i felt like i had to put something they could work on!

      Really inovative company, building tech that makes a difference for people's jobs Great engineering culture. Lots of transparency from leadership on state of company.

      Cons

      None that i can think of honestly outside of us being in startup mode which can be fast paced.
