1. Workplace Concerns Not Addressed: Unfortunately, my attempts to address concerns regarding unprofessional behavior within the team were not met with satisfactory action. Despite seeking support from both HR and management, the situation did not improve significantly, impacting my well-being. This experience highlighted the importance of having strong employee support systems in place. 2. Limited Compensation Opportunities: During my time at the company, it became apparent that career progression did not necessarily result in commensurate compensation adjustments. Mid-level roles, in particular, seemed to have limited compensation growth potential, with HR confirming budget constraints focused on management positions. 3. Perceived Pay Discrepancies: I observed instances where internal job applications appeared to receive varying salary offers based on individual characteristics. These observations raised concerns about potential wage disparities within the company. 4. Lack of Transparency in Feedback Mechanisms: While employee surveys existed, the process of sharing and discussing their results felt opaque, leaving employees with limited clarity on how their feedback was being utilized. 5. Work-Life Balance Challenges: The demanding schedule, including meetings during lunch hours, ultimately contributed to an unsustainable work-life balance. While redundancy presented a difficult decision, it ultimately proved necessary for my mental and emotional well-being.

Nice to you at the start

Cons

Pretend they understand mental health but actually cause it. High turn over of staff some being paid off to avoid taking to court Make you feel very small and if you don’t fit in they don’t talk to you Directors are rude and pretend they are nice people but talk about you behind your back Unprofessional High turn over of staff No morals or care for peoples state of mind Not organised I.t is nightmare HR is unprofessional and no idea what they are doing CS for customers is terrible no support or care for the customer Only care about making money and being voted the best NE company with lies

Pros

Great culture amongst the team and wider business, support on training always seemed on hand.

Cons

Senior leadership felt misaligned, department heads and above often had different thoughts and goals for the company when speaking to them. Plus side - all were approachable.
