The pay is very low for the industry, especially given this is a tech startup, and while some of the benefits are good, there is not a 401k match option, which was very surprising.
They've recently shifted to be a much more in-person culture, which is absolutely antithetical to the remote-first mindset they had when I joined. They handled this rollout particularly poorly and showed no sympathy for employees being forced to commute long distances, with no commuter benefits.
They have not placed a premium on keeping up, technology-wise, and do not have as strong of a product offering as they once did.
