Few are Good at making personal relationor ‘ more than friendship ‘relation for mutual benefits.
Those get extra perks and promotions if yu have an affair .
They dont know this personal affairs is also a violation to company integrity policy and demotivates other employee. Really a big turn off .. more than that, sad to see people inside knowing all this lick their shoe just to save their own position.. pathetic.. manager ,sr mgrs though not knowledgable but has got so much attitude .. forces employee to do charity as they have to save tax.. not a listed company ..complete management if not changed this company ll not exist after 5-10 years.. no big projects forget big .. no projects only.. either by frustration u leave or they ll ask you to leave .. hire and fire comapny and management is not capable of bringing any project but easily they can ask to leave.. shameless people.. why r these managers paid such high salary dont understand .. if there is no work ..no managers can help subordinates here on technical stuff as they just enjoy their life there. Managers ll play cricket in cricket season.. if you join as lateral , you cant survive until you lick their shoe .. and have the same review after months..
