Cons
There are toxic leaders within the local department. Very old school attitude and a twinge of narcissism. Associates are treated as personal assistants, scapegoats, and mules for the buyers. Takes a while (more than a year) to move up. I think leaders needed to be educated on not touching someone's hair and to be able to take advice. Long nights. Lots of anxiety.
