      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Culture was supposedly different and new. "Not like the other storage companies". Turned out it was definitely different! Having an opinion that's not in line with the company view is career limiting. Questioning the leadership even more so. Nobody is making money selling Pure - staff aren't due to heavy discounting required to win deals. Partners and distributors aren't either as a result.

      The tech is one of the best in its domain.

      Cons

      The team tolerates bad behaviour, finger pointing and putting others under the bus. The core team that is Pure are remnants of the legacy team that's been there for the longest time. Many issues are swept under the rug in favor of those that has long tenure. There is also a lack of diversity. The ratio of ethic and gender diversity is shocking given that Melbourne is such a melting pot of culture.
