None, unless you are interested in swindling foreign money
Cons
One would require such companies on their resume if in field of finance due to market pressure but best to work for well established firms who's policies are strong and well in place to safeguard the future of employess as well

Good deal experience, international opportunities as compared to other Indian PE firms
Cons
Very "Desi" culture. From the top, leadership is very Desi in the way that people interact with each other internally and with external parties. Economics for employees are significantly below market. Low morale amongst employees.
