      Some of the staff are lovely and its like a family

      Cons

      The new CEO and Leadership team have created a very strong blame culture which has resulted in erratic behavior by staff. There is a definite 'them and us' created by the leadership team and a strong sex discrimination against females.

      Pros

      -Staff are mostly friendly. -Family feel around the club (unless you're over at media department). -The CEO is a lovely woman.

      Cons

      -Senior management don't provide regular support to their staff. -No clear progression path. -Awful salary. -The board and any head of department are treated as royalty. Because of this, you are mainly treated like a peasant. I've witnessed people in tears over how previous CEO's and execs have treated them. -The lower your job band, the less respect you receive.
